FREE SHIPPING & CUSTOMS INFORMATION

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free shipping:

  • With no minimum purchase to the French West Indies (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin), French Guiana, and mainland France

  • To Europe from €200 / $ (otherwise €15 if under €200)

  • To Réunion from €150 (otherwise €10 if under €150)

  • To Africa from €400 (otherwise €40 if under €400)

Orders are shipped either from Martinique or mainland France, depending on stock availability.

✦ CUSTOMS & VAT INCLUDED

  • Included for French territories and most European countries (France, Spain, Italy, Germany, etc.)

Delivery time: typically 3 to 14 days from the order date.
Confirmation & tracking: You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE EUROPE)

  • Shipping fee: €30 / $ for orders under €300 / $

  • Customs duties & taxes: not included – the buyer is responsible

  • Returns: You may return non-sale items within 14 days. Return instructions will be provided upon request

  • Express international shipping: Available to selected countries for a flat rate of €35 / $ (for orders under €300 / $)

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

  • French Territories & Europe: Customs duties and VAT are included

  • Other countries (USA, Canada, etc.): Customs duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the buyer

  • If you refuse delivery of a CELESTE CARIBBEAN order, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, and the return shipping cost. These fees will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned and processed.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Order processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days

  • Tracking: A tracking email will be sent once your order has shipped

  • Signature on delivery: A signature may be required – please ensure someone is available to receive the package

  • Delivery times: While we can’t guarantee exact delivery times, most orders are delivered within 3 to 14 days

  • Incorrect address: Please contact us promptly if you entered an incorrect address. Once shipped, CELESTE CARIBBEAN cannot be held responsible for address errors
