SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING & CUSTOMS INFORMATION

Free shipping is available:

  • With no minimum purchase to the French Caribbean (Martinique, Guadeloupe, Saint Martin)
  • Orders of €100 or more to French Guiana (€10 shipping fee for orders under €100)
  • Orders of €150 or more to mainland France (€10 shipping fee for orders under €150)
  • Orders of €150 or more to Réunion Island (€10 shipping fee for orders under €150)
  • Orders of €199 or more to European countries (€10 shipping fee for orders under €199)
  • Orders of €300 or more to the United States (€35 shipping fee for orders under €300)
  • Orders of €300 or more to other international destinations (€30 shipping fee for orders under €300)
  • Orders of €400 or more to African countries (€40 shipping fee for orders under €400)
  • South America: €35 flat-rate shipping, with no free-shipping threshold

Free-shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order value after discounts have been applied and excluding shipping fees.

  • Products are shipped either from Martinique or mainland France, depending on stock availability.
  • Customs duties and VAT are included for French territories and European Union countries.
  • Delivery times: Please allow 3–8 days from the date of order for deliveries to mainland France, the French Caribbean, Réunion Island, and Europe. Delivery times may be longer for the United States, Africa, South America, and other international destinations; estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Order confirmation and tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING — OUTSIDE EUROPE

  • Shipping fees: €30 for orders under €300, and €35 for orders to the United States. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Returns: You may return your items within 14 days, including sale items. Return requests must be submitted through your customer account, accessible in the top-right corner of every page.
  • Express shipping: Available to certain countries. Please contact us before placing your order for further information.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES

  • French territories and European Union: Customs duties and VAT are included.
  • We are not responsible for any additional taxes imposed by local authorities.
  • Other countries (United States, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, etc.): Customs duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

If you refuse delivery of a Céleste Caribbean order, the return shipping costs, as well as any import fees already incurred, remain your responsibility. These costs will be deducted from your refund once the package has been returned to us and inspected.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
  • Signature upon delivery: A signature may be required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order.
  • Delivery times: While we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, orders are generally delivered within 3–8 days to mainland France, the French Caribbean, Réunion Island, and Europe.
  • Incorrect address: If you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, Céleste Caribbean cannot be held responsible for an incorrect delivery address.

DELIVERY TIMES & LOGISTICS DISRUPTIONS

Delivery times indicated on the Website are estimates only. They may be affected by circumstances beyond Céleste Caribbean's control, including postal service disruptions, strikes or other labor disputes, delays or disruptions affecting shipments to or from French overseas territories, and other logistical constraints specific to these destinations.

A delivery delay caused by any of these circumstances does not constitute grounds for a refund as long as the package remains in transit and can be tracked using the tracking number provided with the order.

RETURNS

The 14-day right of withdrawal begins on the date the package is actually received by the recipient. It cannot be exercised before this date and applies to all items, including items purchased on sale, at a promotional price, or during private sales.

No return label is included in your package. Return or exchange requests must be submitted through your customer account, accessible in the top-right corner of every page on the Website. We will then provide you with the applicable return procedure and return address.

The Product must be shipped back no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision to return it. Returns shipped after this deadline cannot be accepted. Please retain your shipping receipt as proof of return.

Your first exchange is free: we cover both the return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item, once per order.

For a refund, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned package or receiving proof of shipment, in accordance with applicable regulations.
