Withdrawal Period and Terms

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the Order to exercise their right of withdrawal with Céleste Caribbean, without having to provide a reason. Beyond this period of fourteen (14) days, the sale is final and definitive.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised by using and sending the withdrawal form template provided in Annex 1 of the General Terms and Conditions by email to sales@celestecaribbean.com

The Customer cannot exercise their right of withdrawal for a Product that has been tailored to their specifications, used, worn, washed, damaged, or unsealed.

Return Procedures for Orders Under the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalties.

The Customer must return the Order with the prepaid return slip provided by Céleste Caribbean, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying their decision to withdraw in accordance with Article L. 221-21 of the Consumer Code.

The Product must be returned to Céleste Caribbean in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, and unwashed.

To make a return, the Customer must follow the procedure indicated on the return slip received with their Order.

The return of Products is covered by Céleste Caribbean if the place of delivery is in one of the following countries: Metropolitan France and Overseas Departments and Territories (DOM-TOM).

The return of Products is at the Customer's expense and risk if the place of delivery is not in the aforementioned countries, or if the Customer chooses a different return method than the one offered by Céleste Caribbean.
